Released originally in the late 1970's, these discs were imported from Holland and sold in the UK to capitalize on the popularity of colored vinyl pressings at the time. Add to this the extra advantage that it was pressed using gold vinyl and the combination was irresistible.
One of the earliest greatest hits albums, and initially essential due it containing the first ever release of some stereo versions of Beatles songs never heard before.
