No returns will be accepted on open product that is not defective.
All KoolKatJazz.com shipments are insured. In the event that you receive product(s) that is damaged during shipping, a claim will be filed on your behalf with the freight carrier. Replacements will be sent once claim has been settled. Please note that if product is damaged due to shipping the original packaging must be saved and may be requested to by the freight carrier for pick-up.
KoolKatJazz.com will not reimburse freight charges for any returns to KoolKatJazz.com.
Used products are sold as is and based on the grading system.
